Who We Are

The Rutland City Public Schools is located in Rutland Vermont.  We serve the City of Rutland and the surrounding school districts through school choice at the Rutland High School and Stafford Technical Center.

What Sets Us Apart

We are growing and changing to meet the needs of students. During the 2022-2023 school year, a committee of diverse community members and students gathered to consider a post-pandemic vision for our school system. We followed a process used by successful schools around the country with Batelle for Kids.

The committee met to develop a collective vision of shared aspirations for all our K-12 students, which you see in the image on the right.

During the 2023-2024 school year, we will develop a plan to include these concepts in our Strategic Plan.
