Commissioner Bossi called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM. Agenda approved by consensus.

No member of the public offered public comment.

Review of Policy 6441, HIPPA. Sent to first reading, approved by consensus.

Review of Policy 6470, Casual, Part-Time Employees. Sent to first reading, approved by consensus. Review of Policy 6475, No Overtime for Hourly Employees. Sent to first reading, approved by consensus. Review of Policy 6480, Grant Funded Programs. Sent to first reading, approved by consensus.

Review of Policy 7110, Elementary and Secondary Students. Sent to first reading, approved by consensus.

Review of Policy 6440, Non-Aligned Employees. Motion (Carney/ Neary) to send this policy to Staff Relations Committee for review, followed by review of the Policy Committee. Approved by consensus.

Review of Policy 6450, Worker’s Compensation. By consensus, sent to legal counsel for review.

Update on Policy 6420 Leaves of Absence. The committee tabled discussion in last meeting. Currently awaiting guidance from legal counsel.
