Call to Order
Chair Seward called the meeting to order at 3:31 pm, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Board Norms
Chair Seward read the Board Norms.
Approval of Agenda
Motion to approve the Agenda by Stoodley/Rondinone at 3:32 pm. Motion carried.
Communication
Public Comment – None.
Executive Session
Motion by Lennox-Levins/Sweet at 3:33 pm that the Board enter executive session to discuss personnel matters pursuant to Title 1 of Vermont Statutes, Section 313 (a)(1), because premature general public knowledge would clearly place the public body or a person involved at a substantial disadvantage. The executive session shall include Superintendent Pam Reed. Motion carried.
Motion to come out of Executive Session by Stoodley/Rondinone at 3:46 pm. Motion carried.
Adjournment
Motion to adjourn by Ogden/Stoodley at 3:46 pm. Motion carried.
