Call to Order

Chair Solsaa called the meeting to order at 5:30pm, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

Board Norms

Chair Solsaa read the Board Norms.

 

Agenda

Motion to approve Agenda by Stoodley/Seward.  Motion carried.

 

Communication

There were no people present for public comment.

 

Executive Session

Motion to enter into executive session, for the purpose of consideration of contract negotiations, the premature release of information regarding this subject which would place the Board at a substantial disadvantage.  Please include Bill Olsen, Pam Reed, Ted Plemenos, Bill Meub, and Bianca McKeen.

Motion to come out of Executive Session 7:03pm by Bossi/Carney.  Motion carried.

 

Motion to adjourn 7:03pm by Bossi/Stoodley.  Motion carried.
